Fire up your mind, body, and soul

Energize your body. Light up your mind. Ignyte your soul.

Namaste and welcome

Yoga allows us to connect – to ourselves, to others, to life, and to the basic intrinsic nature of self-love, kindness, compassion, and gratitude. Every time you spend time on the mat is an opportunity to focus, center, balance, and cleanse.

Yoga, like life, is very much an individual journey. One that is different for everyone. Some people do yoga to increase their flexibility. Others to reduce their stress levels. Some do it to be a part of a social group or community. Whatever the reason, we’re here to help energize your body, fire up your mind, and ignite your soul.

More about our classes

New to yoga?

And wondering if it’s right for you? We get it. It’s normal to think you have to be flexible, strong, or experienced to try yoga. But this couldn’t be farther from the truth. It’s called a yoga “practice” not a yoga “perfect” for a reason. We’ve all had ups and downs in our own practice. Trials and tribulations. But the benefits far outweigh the speed bumps. And each one of us started in our own way and we’ve grown in our individual practices on our own time. With each class, we promise that you’ll get more comfortable and see the benefits that yoga can bring into your life! The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.

Why infrared

Ignyte classes are taught in a small, intimate room under infrared heat lamps. A teacher leads the practice. That is a class with someone teaching, not a self-guided infrared sauna workout.

The feeling is close to practicing in the warmth of the summer sun. Infrared rays warm surfaces that can absorb them, so the panels warm you, your mat, and other objects in the room. They disperse that heat evenly and silently.

A forced-air hot room heats the air pushed into the room, not those objects. That air can feel stuffy and leave you parched. Infrared heat is often more comfortable because the panels do the warming instead.

Life happens,
yoga helps.
